And I'm not sure if the current XT-IDE BIOS is accessing the upper IDE data bus, but I don't see a flip-flop on the upper latch control like in the XT-IDE design.

My setup is IBM 5150 with an glitchworks v4 XT-ide card, running XT-IDE universal bios 2 beta 3 and also a 8-bit 16550 UART. The serial server is a notebook running win10x86 with a USB serial device. On this system I have multiple floppy image files.

Check possibility of using the same EBDA for XT-IDE BIOS and system BIOS PS/2 mouse functions. Finalize mouse support: Test with advanced mice and drivers (Logitech, Microsoft Intellimouse).
This is I think the latest version. However the google code site looks rather dead. I have run xtidecfg and configured the EEPROM accordingly: XT CF Lite card with base 300h, BIOS at CE00h, 2864 style EEPROM.

Currently, the CD-ROM drives are also detected, so the number of IDE controllers needs to be decreased by one after auto-detecting. The XT-IDE is an 8 bit ISA adapter for attaching modern(ish) hard drives, DOMs, and CompactFlash to the ISA bus. When paired with the XT-IDE Universal BIOS, it allows IBM PC compatibles to boot from IDE drives otherwise not supported.

I have the XT IDE BIOS CHIP 28C64B and I have got it pre flashed. My issues is the Boot doesnt see the card at all on either system. I have it set to the default entry point D000. I have a EEPROM flasher so i can try other BIOS . currently ion the 2.2v 386 variant. Using some XT-IDE with its own BIOS, doesn't require setting anything in the PC's BIOS.
